Do you:
can you relate?
...You're safe to rest here.
Often after cathartic healing experiences like feeling seen for the first time in a 1:1 therapy session, an intense breathwork or bodywork session, or even a psychedelic journey, we leave feeling amazing and renewed. We feel connected to a new hope that wasn't available to us before.
When we begin to heal from our wounds, we feel the thawing process that melts us out of our functional freeze state. We feel the opening and the softening that comes with reconnecting with our bodies.
But if we don't have the proper tools, practices, and support to integrate these experirences into our daily lives, the thawing process can feel extremely scary and often lead us back to our old patterns days or even hours after these cathartic experiences.
Even worse, sometimes we feel so vulnerable and raw that we can experience even more constriction and stuckness than before. It's vital that we develop daily practices and rituals that help us feel a more consistent connection to our bodies, regulate emotions, and build resilience so that we feel safe staying open.
Healing is not passive.
The All Parts Home is where we practice staying open to the present moment, even when things feel sticky, uncomfortable, and challenging. The exercises and educational resources are designed to give you the tools to support sustainable and consistent growth so you can finally get out of the traumatic cycle of high highs and low lows that causes chronic nervous system dysregulation.
This membership can be an amazing complement to any 1:1 work you're already doing, or support you during times of integration.

In my late teens and early 20s I suffered from dissociation, depression, and feelings of not belonging that I now know were connected to childhood trauma. Reconnecting to my body through various somatic work (much of which I share with All Parts Home members), reclaiming and loving hard on my wounded parts, and learning to trust my Self have allowed me to cultivate the capacity to stay present to life’s ups and downs.
I hold two Masters degrees and have over 5000+ hours of advanced breathwork, yoga, and somatic training. I bring this holistic wisdom into everything that I do. My approach sees mind, body, and soul as equal pieces to the puzzle that makes you, you. I don’t shy away from the more “woo” and spiritual sides of healing, but I also maintain a deep understanding of more evidence-based practices. My clients always emphasize that working with me feels different than any other therapist they’ve worked with in the past, because I have a unique educational background that truly looks at you as a whole, complex person.
